Dr. Veloria, Avera Children’s, Sioux Falls, is a graduate of De La Salle University College of Medicine in the Philippines. He completed residencies in Pediatrics at Nassau University Medical Center and SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine in East Meadow and Fellowships in Pediatric Pulmonology at Winthrop University Hospital and SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine in Mineola.

His certifications include the American Board of Pediatrics, Pediatric Pulmonology, and Diplomat American Board of Sleep Medicine.
