Lindsey received an undergraduate degree in nursing, a Master of Science with a specialization in family nurse practitioner, and lastly a Doctor of Nursing Practice from South Dakota State University. Before returning to her hometown area of Watertown, she practiced in Wagner, SD in primary care. Lindsey is also an assistant professor for Mount Marty University's Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Program.

She is Board Certified by the AANP (American Academy of Nurse Practitioners) and licensed by the South Dakota Board of Nursing.

Lindsey lives in Watertown with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys spending time with them at the lake, kayaking, hiking, and just playing.
