Jessica A. Horn, MD started in Sioux Falls, SD with her post graduate training at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine and then completing her residency at Sioux Falls Family Practice Residency. She is licensed in South Dakota and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and South Dakota Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Horn began working for Brown Clinic in September of 2008. She resides in Castlewood with her husband, Craig, and their four children.
