Brown Clinic is located in the heart of Watertown, SD, with a second location, Northridge Clinic, located on the north side of the city. The clinic medical providers are highly respected for their quality of care and operational success throughout a remarkable 85-year history.

The clinic has a strong foundation of fiscal management and carries no debt. In addition, the clinic participates in Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) and is certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, Certified Level III. Brown Clinic is committed to providing exceptional coordinated care in a core service area consisting of eight counties and a population of more than 200,000 lives.

The clinic has everything in place to enhance patient care and efficiency, including state-of-the-art digital imaging, CT, MRI (available Summer 2022), ultrasound, mammography, bone-density, advanced laboratory services, pharmacy, and utilizes EClinicalWorks for its EMR. The clinic operates Monday through Friday and includes “Kids Care Clinic” for walk-in patients.

Lake Kampeska

Lake Kampeska is a popular site for recreational activities including fishing, sail boating, biking, swimming, waterskiing and camping.

Public access is available on the north, east, south (State Recreation Area), and west shores of the lake. Lake Kampeska has one state park: Sandy Shores, one county-owned park: Memorial Park, and two city-owned park: Jackson Park and Stokes-Thomas City Park.

Lake Kampeska also has 15 miles of bike trails and two golf courses that border the lake: Prairie Winds Golf Course and Cattail Crossing Golf Course.

The Redlin Art Center

Thousands of visitors come to experience Terry’s cherished oil paintings every year. Every exhibit at the Redlin Art Center tells a story about the life of Terry Redlin. The Redlin Center features many areas that encourage visitors to connect with the artist and what he loved most.

Bramble Park Zoo

The Bramble Park Zoo in Watertown open year-round and is the second-largest zoo in South Dakota. On 18 acres, you’ll find approximately 800 animals representing 130 species from around the world and those native to South Dakota. Also, on-site is the Discovery Center, Australian Adventure, Bear Crossing, Terry Redlin Environmental Center, Diversity of Life Complex, and an interactive KidZoo.

Watertown Family Aquatic Center

The Watertown Family Aquatic Center features a three-pool complex including:

A main pool with zero-depth entry, lap area, floatables, basketball goal, ¾ meter diving board, drop slide, water walk, frog slide, in-water playground, and four additional interactive play features that are guaranteed to get you wet.

Take a leisurely float down our 550-foot Lazy River on a single tube, or float with a friend on the double tubes.
