Dr. Aaron Shives received his bachelor of science degree from South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota in 1980. He continued his education at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine in Vermillion, earning his medical degree in 1986. Sioux Falls Family Practice Center was where Dr. Shives completed his internship and residency from 1986 through 1989.
